These data are not limited to those required for the Client to use the Services; they may also be collected or requested within the terms of the PLD/FT Policy and/or in order for Doces Sonhos to meet any legal, regulatory, administrative, or judicial need.

Customer Data: means any and all Customer data, whether provided by them, collected by Doces Sonhos through their registration on the Site and/or Application and/or obtained independently by Doces Sonhos, when searching in banks These data are not limited to those required for the Client to use the Services; they may also be collected or requested within the terms of the PLD/FT Policy and/or in order for Doces Sonhos to meet any legal, regulatory, administrative, or judicial need. 14. AML/FT Policy: refers to Doces Sonhos' policy of combating money laundering and terrorist financing, which deals, among other things, with the data and information that Doces Sonhos must and/or can gather under the applicable rules.
15. Doces Sonhos Rules: collectively means the policies, manuals, and internal procedures of Doces Sonhos, including these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the PLD/FT Policy and other documents that establish the

2. 2.1.Adhesion: Reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms of Use and other Doces Sonhos Rules by the Customer are mandatory for the registration and use of the Platform's features.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE AND OTHER RULES OF DOCES SONHOS WILL IMPLY ACKNOWLEDGMENT, BY THE CLIENT, OF WHAT HE HAS READ IN SUCH DOCUMENTS. IF THE CLIENT HAS ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TERMS OF USE OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT DUE TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE DOCES SONHOS, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CLIENT CONTACT THE DOCES SONHOS BEFORE ACCEPTING TO BE SUBJECTED TO THEM.
2.2. The provisions included in the Terms of Use and other Doces Sonhos Rules will apply and completely control the relationship between Doces Sonhos and the Customer as applicable from the moment the Customer accepts them. As a result, it is advised that you print a copy for future reference. Despite the Partner's responsibility for the integrity, dependability, security, and confidentiality of transactions carried out within the scope of the Services, as well as compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, the Customer declares that it will use its best efforts to monitor and maintain these transactions. Be advised that changes to the Doces Sonhos Terms of Use and rules may occur at any time.
3. Platform Utilization
4. 3.1.License to Use: These Terms of Use grant the Customer a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable royalty-free license to use the Platform via the Site and/or the Application, provided that the Customer does not use or allow third parties to use the Platform for any purpose other than that expressly provided for in these Terms of Use. As a result, the Client will not be permitted to reproduce, alter, distribute, sell, or rent the Services made accessible by Doces Sonhos.
5. 3.1.1. The Client's use of the Platform is personal and non-transferable, and is limited to legitimate uses relating to the Services, as defined by these Terms of Use and applicable Doces Sonhos Rules. The Client will not have access to the source code of the Licensed Platform under any circumstances, because the source code of the Platform is secret and the exclusive property of Doces Sonhos, which owns all intellectual property rights to it.
3.2. Registration: To utilize the Services, the Customer must first comply with the Doces Sonhos Rules, then give their Customer Data and/or Financial Data, as applicable, and submit them to Doces Sonhos for approval in order to create their registration and Doces Sonhos Account.
7. 3.2.3.The password and login information generated by the Customer to access their Doces Sonhos Account are secret and the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, who must notify Doces Sonhos promptly if their confidentiality is jeopardized. Doces Sonhos does not advise the Customer to use the same password for many websites on the Internet, or to include Customer Data and/or Customer Financial Data as part of the password.
3.3. Cancellation: Doces Sonhos may, at any time and without prior notice to the Customer, I terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, the Customer's access to the Site and/or the Application, if the Customer violates the conditions established in these Terms of Use and/or in the Doces Sonhos Rules, including, in this case, any irregularities when providing Customer Data and/or Customer Data.
9. 3.3.1. Doces Sonhos reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Platform's (Site and/or Application) operations without prior notice to the Customer, unless in the event of unexpected circumstances or force majeure.

Authorization: The Client is fully aware and agrees that by providing his Client Data and/or the Client's Financial Data to Doces Sonhos, as the case may be, he authorizes Doces Sonhos to search in any and all lawful sources of information, including but not limited to public and private databases, credit bureaus, and human resources, for any and all other Client Data that may be necessary to comply with the legal provisions applicable to the Services.

Doces Sonhos does not guarantee that: I any damage will be resolved as soon as possible so that the customer is not harmed; (ii) the Platform's operation will be uninterrupted or error free; (iii) any functionality of the Platform will remain available; (iv) defects in the Platform will be corrected; and/or (v) the Platform will be compatible or work with any third party software, applications, or services.
1. 5.6. Regardless of the provisions of this Clause, Doces Sonhos will be liable for any acts performed by its team and/or for any damages that Doces Sonhos may cause, either to the Customer or to third parties, when the latter is due to Doces Sonhos's fault, negligence, and/or exclusive intent, including when filling out the Customer's registration form, as proven in court.
1. Intellectual Property (IP).

The Client does not acquire any intellectual property rights over designs, databases, brands, copyrights, or confidential information on or related to the Platform, Application, Site, and/or Services, which are the exclusive property of Doces Sonhos, as applicable, through these Terms of Use and/or the Doces Sonhos Rules.
3. 6.1.1 Texts, graphics, images, logos, icons, photographs, editorial content, notifications, software, and any other material made available on the Platform, whether through the Website and/or the Application, belong exclusively to Doces Sonhos, as applicable, and are protected by Angolan/Portuguese law in terms of intellectual property and copyright. Doces Sonhos, as the case may be, may, in its sole discretion, add, remove, or alter the Platform Content at any time and without previous notice to the Client.
4. 6.2.The Client may download or print a copy of the data and information, as well as the Platform Content, made available through the Platform for personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to use the data and information and/or the Platform Content, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the Client's personal use, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use and the Sweet YDreams Rules, without prior written approval.
5. 6.3.The Customer is not permitted to:

(i)Use the Platform to disclose information that in any way violates Angolan/Portuguese laws, Doces Sonhos' property rights, or good customs, including, but not limited to, the violation of intellectual, copyright, and copyright privacy, or the production and dissemination of illegal, immoral, inappropriate, or offensive content.
7. (ii) Use software, tactics, and/or deception to abuse the Platform for Doces Sonhos-harmful purposes.
8. (iii) Reproduce, adapt, alter, and/or utilize, in whole or in part, the Platform or any Platform Content for any purpose without the express permission of Doces Sonhos, as applicable;
9. (iv) Post or transmit any file containing viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other harmful or damaging software, or that may otherwise interfere with the Platform's normal operation;
10. (v)Use the Platform for a purpose other than that for which Doces Sonhos made it available;
11. (vi)Disclose, utilize, or change other Customers' data; and
12. (vii)Use or permit the use of the Platform for the profit of other parties.
13. 6.4.Feedback: The Client acknowledges that Doces Sonhos, as applicable, is free to use, apply, and modify any comments, information, ideas, concepts, opinions, techniques, and/or any other materials contained in any communication that the Client sends to Doces Sonhos, whether through the Platform support channel or other communication channels, including, without limitation, any suggestion, request for improvements, or recommendations offered by the Client to Doces Sonhos, regardless of whether such suggestion, request for improvements, or recommendations (" Feedback"). The Client hereby transfers to Doces Sonhos, as appropriate, all intellectual property rights relating to the Feedbacks, free of charge, irrevocable, irreversible, entire, perpetual, and worldwide, with no recompense, acknowledgement, payment, or compensation. The Client declares and ensures that, previous to the current assignment, he was the lawful owner of all intellectual property rights to the Feedbacks and that the offer of the Feedbacks to Doces Sonhos, including this assignment, does not infringe on any third-party rights. The use, application, and/or modification mentioned in this Clause shall be used solely for the performance of activities related to the Services, and such comments, information, ideas, concepts, opinions, techniques, and/or any other materials contained in said communications shall not be disclosed, revealed, and/or reproduced to third parties outside the Services by the Customer.
1. 7. Indemnification
1. 7.1.THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THE DOCES SONHOS RULES AND THE RULES APPLICABLE TO THE MATTER, WHETHER BY ACTION OR OMISSION. IN CASE OF INFRINGEMENT COMMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER DUE TO THE BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND DOCES SONHOS RULES, VIOLATION OF ANY REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE MATTER HEREIN OR THE RIGHTS OF DOCES SONHOS, THE PARTNER AND/OR THIRD PARTIES, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE, BEFORE DOCES SONHOS, THE PARTNER AND THIRD PARTIES, FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGE AND LOSSES INCURRED, DIRECT AND/OR INDIRECT, WHICH IT CAUSES, INCLUDING SUBJECT TO THE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL SANCTIONS PROVIDED IN APPLICABLE LAW. THE CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES TO INDEMNIFY DOCES SONHOS, AS APPLICABLE, FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED, INCLUDING IN CASES OF DEMANDS PROVIDED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS AND/OR THIRD PARTIES.
2. 8.7.Payment: The Customer will be required to pay for the orders when they are put on the site.

If the Customer does not agree with the amended Terms of Service, the Customer may reject them; nevertheless, the Customer will no longer be able to access or use the Platform. If the Customer uses the Platform in any manner after these Terms of Use have been updated, it signifies that the Customer agrees to all of the changes made.

Independence: These Terms of Service do not establish any other form of connection between the Customer and Doces Sonhos, such as a mandate, representation, partnership, affiliation, employment relationship, or similar. Doces Sonhos will continue to exist as a separate and autonomous entity.
5. Partial Invalidity: If any term of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, the remaining parts of these Terms of Service will remain valid and in force.

9.7.1. The Doces Sonhos team may contact Customers and/or potential Customers to offer new packages; assist with any doubts and/or demands, including clarifications, obtaining invoices, releases, and complaints; report delays or contractual defaults; and any and all other matters relevant to orders and items present on the platform, including those relating to Customer Data and/or Customer Financial Data.
10. 9.7.2. If doubts and/or demands persist, or if human interaction is required, Doces Sonhos will also provide alternative communication channels, such as, but not limited to, a properly trained team to resolve demands, questions, and/or operational errors related to the Services directly with Customers via telephone. When Doces Sonhos is unable to resolve an issue or demand, it will promptly transmit it to the Customer for resolution.

7. (ii) Use software, tactics, and/or deception to abuse the Platform for Doces Sonhos-harmful purposes.
8. (iii) Reproduce, adapt, alter, and/or utilize, in whole or in part, the Platform or any Platform Content for any purpose without the express permission of Doces Sonhos, as applicable;
9. (iv) Post or transmit any file containing viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other harmful or damaging software, or that may otherwise interfere with the Platform's normal operation;
10. (v)Use the Platform for a purpose other than that for which Doces Sonhos made it available;
11. (vi)Disclose, utilize, or change other Customers' data; and
12. (vii)Use or permit the use of the Platform for the profit of other parties.
13. 6.4.Feedback: The Client acknowledges that Doces Sonhos, as applicable, is free to use, apply, and modify any comments, information, ideas, concepts, opinions, techniques, and/or any other materials contained in any communication that the Client sends to Doces Sonhos, whether through the Platform support channel or other communication channels, including, without limitation, any suggestion, request for improvements, or recommendations offered by the Client to Doces Sonhos, regardless of whether such suggestion, request for improvements, or recommendations (" Feedback"). The Client hereby transfers to Doces Sonhos, as appropriate, all intellectual property rights relating to the Feedbacks, free of charge, irrevocable, irreversible, entire, perpetual, and worldwide, with no recompense, acknowledgement, payment, or compensation. The Client declares and ensures that, previous to the current assignment, he was the lawful owner of all intellectual property rights to the Feedbacks and that the offer of the Feedbacks to Doces Sonhos, including this assignment, does not infringe on any third-party rights. The use, application, and/or modification mentioned in this Clause shall be used solely for the performance of activities related to the Services, and such comments, information, ideas, concepts, opinions, techniques, and/or any other materials contained in said communications shall not be disclosed, revealed, and/or reproduced to third parties outside the Services by the Customer.
1. 7. Indemnification
1. 7.1.THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THE DOCES SONHOS RULES AND THE RULES APPLICABLE TO THE MATTER, WHETHER BY ACTION OR OMISSION. IN CASE OF INFRINGEMENT COMMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER DUE TO THE BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND DOCES SONHOS RULES, VIOLATION OF ANY REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE MATTER HEREIN OR THE RIGHTS OF DOCES SONHOS, THE PARTNER AND/OR THIRD PARTIES, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE, BEFORE DOCES SONHOS, THE PARTNER AND THIRD PARTIES, FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGE AND LOSSES INCURRED, DIRECT AND/OR INDIRECT, WHICH IT CAUSES, INCLUDING SUBJECT TO THE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL SANCTIONS PROVIDED IN APPLICABLE LAW. THE CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES TO INDEMNIFY DOCES SONHOS, AS APPLICABLE, FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED, INCLUDING IN CASES OF DEMANDS PROVIDED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS AND/OR THIRD PARTIES.
2. 8.7.Payment: The Customer will be required to pay for the orders when they are put on the site.

3. 9.1. Modification: These Terms of Service are subject to change at any moment. However, if a change is made, the Client will be notified via a conspicuous notice on the Platform. If the Customer does not agree with the amended Terms of Service, the Customer may reject them; nevertheless, the Customer will no longer be able to access or use the Platform. If the Customer uses the Platform in any manner after these Terms of Use have been updated, it signifies that the Customer agrees to all of the changes made.
4. 9.2. Independence: These Terms of Service do not establish any other form of connection between the Customer and Doces Sonhos, such as a mandate, representation, partnership, affiliation, employment relationship, or similar. Doces Sonhos will continue to exist as a separate and autonomous entity.
5. Partial Invalidity: If any term of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, the remaining parts of these Terms of Service will remain valid and in force.

9.7.1. The Doces Sonhos team may contact Customers and/or potential Customers to offer new packages; assist with any doubts and/or demands, including clarifications, obtaining invoices, releases, and complaints; report delays or contractual defaults; and any and all other matters relevant to orders and items present on the platform, including those relating to Customer Data and/or Customer Financial Data.
10. 9.7.2. If doubts and/or demands persist, or if human interaction is required, Doces Sonhos will also provide alternative communication channels, such as, but not limited to, a properly trained team to resolve demands, questions, and/or operational errors related to the Services directly with Customers via telephone. When Doces Sonhos is unable to resolve an issue or demand, it will promptly transmit it to the Customer for resolution.
